You will be welcomed in a flat that used to be the home of a large family: Bin, Ban and 5 of their children have lived here since 1972. The penthouse of a six-floors apartment building, built in the 1950s, is surrounded by 200 m2 of terrace which is accessible from each room and it's an ideal and adorable spot especially with the nice weather.
People grown up in this family have been taught the value of hospitalityand to respect everyone's needs. It was never hard to find the classic "posto a tavola" (a place – or places! - at the family meal) for our friends and guests that wanted to enjoy the traditional and tasty Ligurian food or other recipes imported from different Italian/World areas.

Our main services
You will be staying at our biggest and cosy rooms, with private bathroom. The Bin room has a bathroom that comes with a bathtube and a separate shower while the Ban room has an ensuite bathroom. Our 2 rooms have all you need for a relaxing stay; they are bright, comfortable, quiet, well-furnished with standard double beds. The largest room, with parquet floor, can be easily converted in a family room and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Having a delicious breakfast in this external large space is the best way to start the day, especially during the warmer time of the year. Not to mention relaxing in the garden (that Anna personally takes care of), after the long city/mountain walks, or getting the perfect tan while reading a book, or enjoying the stunning view towards the Lighthouse of Genoa. What a lovely spot!
The traditional italian coffee (Espresso) and a choice of teas are accompanied by fresh biscuits, milk, bread, honey, jam and butter. Our breakfast can surprise you with unique tastes and flavour combinations. The cuisine of Liguria and Genoa and some other specialities such as "pandolce", "i biscotti di Lagaccio" and the very famous "focaccia", are often included.
